Finnish Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

• Challenge advanced language models on Finnish language topics
• Document model failure modes to improve model reasoning
• Converse with models on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Help develop high-quality training data for next-generation AI

• Finnish language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
• Ability to analyze verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional variations, and the Finnish writing system
• Ability to converse with language models on language scenarios
• Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Ability to capture reproducible error traces
• Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
• A master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are signals of fit
