Offshore Delivery Manager

• Build, scale, and lead a multidisciplinary offshore operational team
• Bridge onshore leadership and boards with offshore execution teams
• Drive enterprise system architecture, technical infrastructure, centralized platform connectivity, and data integrity
• Direct multi-phase ERP migrations within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Books
• Architect workflow automations for HR pipelines, tuition billing and collections, and legal document generation
• Build and maintain automated dashboards for SOS maturity, financial health, and compliance timelines
• Architect and refine organizational workflows, map processes, identify bottlenecks, and establish SOPs
• Evaluate operational rules and update systems to measure operational maturity
• Structure and manage offshore teams across software engineering, IT support, administration, legal, and finance
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery, efficiency, and SLA compliance
• Manage task tracking, workload balancing, enterprise risk, and compliance calendars
• Report offshore progress, risks, and system-generated financial and operational metrics to the Onshore Board
• Communicate daily with U.S.-based leaders, align stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate system or compliance risks

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of operational management experience
• Strong background in the BPO industry
• 3+ years developing, managing, and delivering through cross-functional offshore teams
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst interfacing directly with U.S.-based onshore executive boards
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning Legal, Finance/Accounting, HR, Admin, Software Engineering, and related functions
• Hands-on experience with ERP migrations and automations
• Familiarity with institutional governance registers, risk management, and non-profit/educational compliance preferred
• Experience with Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Books
• Knowledge of workflow automation, dashboarding, SOPs, task tracking software, workload balancing, and SLA compliance
