Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

• Build the core services, APIs, and integrations behind AI-based prototypes and MVPs.
• Work closely with the team lead, front-end developer, and UX designer to turn business hypotheses into robust, testable solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code, with attention to error handling and observability.
• Integrate SQL/NoSQL databases, queues, and third-party APIs.
• Support front-end integration by ensuring APIs are documented, stable, and easy to consume.
• Implement services that consume LLM APIs and AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
• Build orchestration logic for AI agents, tools, and workflows.
• Create reusable modules for prompt management, logging, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Develop and deploy services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ideally using Docker.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and lightweight infrastructure as code.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and basic performance tuning for PoCs and pilots.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimations, and architectural decisions.
• Help refine user stories and technical tasks by proposing simplifications.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of API design, authentication/authorization, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and basic data modeling.
• Interest in or experience integrating backend services with AI/LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Ability to work on fast-paced, iterative projects with incomplete information and constantly changing priorities.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or serverless functions.
• Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning for distributed systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices for APIs, secrets management, and data privacy.
