Affiliate Manager

• Build and manage Duel's affiliate programme end to end
• Source, negotiate, and onboard affiliates including streamers, KOLs, content creators, and networks
• Structure rev share, CPA, and hybrid deals
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimise for quality
• Remove partners who damage the brand
• Stay embedded in crypto gambling communities and identify effective partners
• Collaborate with marketing on affiliate activity, brand campaigns, and activations
• Manage reporting, payouts, and affiliate operations

• Experience managing affiliate programmes in gambling, crypto, or gaming
• Existing network in the space is a serious advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of deal structures and economics
• Ability to distinguish affiliates driving real players from those driving bots
• Detail-oriented operational skills and creativity in partnerships
• Crypto-native knowledge; understanding of degen streamers
