Trainer, Instructor for Retraining Program: IT Specialist in Application Development

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
• Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
• Conduct skills assessments
• Support course participants in developing their skills
• Teach specialist content as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
• Represent the subject area with passion and foresight

• Training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
• Strong knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Knowledge of software architecture and design
• Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
• Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
• Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into lessons
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
• Proof of pedagogical qualification, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
• Independent, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
• Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
