Civil Litigation and Consumer Law Attorney

• Handle civil litigation involving credit operations and claims related to correspondent banking activities.
• Develop procedural strategies and legal filings, subject to ongoing client review.
• Analyze supporting information and documents to determine defense strategies.
• Update case management systems with procedural developments.
• Monitor proceedings and meet deadlines.
• Participate in hearings when necessary.
• Prepare management reports and support the identification of risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with clients, designated representatives, and correspondent law firms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license.
• Solid experience in civil litigation.
• Knowledge of Consumer Law.
• Experience drafting legal filings, including answers, appeals, motions, and judgment enforcement submissions.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
• Experience with fintechs, banks, payment institutions, or banking correspondents.
• Knowledge of Central Bank regulations applicable to banking correspondents and credit operations.
• Experience with legal case management platforms such as Projuris, Elaw, or similar systems.
• Experience serving corporate clients.
