Project Manager – Latin America

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers; maintain risk logs and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Manage vendors and third-party relationships, including SLAs and delivery commitments.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage workflows and backlogs.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own billing, time tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and budget management.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams through coaching, communication, and structured problem-solving.
• Create and maintain timelines, risk registers, status reports, RACI matrices, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate project updates, escalations, and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation to improve delivery efficiency, documentation, reporting, and risk identification.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects across the full SDLC.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Notion for project tracking and documentation.
• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot in a professional project delivery context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Based in Latin America.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead.
• Familiarity with software development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, API concepts, or sprint-level technical reviews.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering applied to documentation, reporting, or team productivity workflows.
