Solutions Consultant

• Support customers with the implementation of Asana
• Ensure seamless integration of Asana with existing customer systems
• Analyze business processes and develop tailored recommendations to optimize workflows
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and administrators
• Create technical documentation and user guides
• Continuously enhance existing solutions
• Contribute to the company’s future and ongoing development

• Completed degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience implementing and using Asana or comparable project management tools
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for customer interaction
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for training sessions and workshops, averaging approximately one day per month
• Structured and conscientious approach to work
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and coordinate regularly with team members
