System Analyst – CIF

• Work with developers, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into system requirements, process flows, and integration specs for the CIF platform
• Design and configure system solutions on CIF and connect it to other enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs
• Follow each change from requirement to release: track requirement coverage and change requests, support testing, and confirm results in UAT
• Maintain functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams
• Own data flows and data mapping for every integration between CIF and other systems
• Model business processes in BPMN and improve workflows within existing flows
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting, working with developers on fixes and deployment
• Identify CIF stability and performance issues and recommend solutions
• Provide end-user training and ongoing post-release support

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
• Advanced SQL
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs), including data mapping and integration testing
• Solid understanding of system architecture and business process management
• BPMN modeling for process design and optimization
• English B2 or higher
