Software Engineer

• Fix basic bugs independently once trained
• Write new functionality with support from a mentor
• Develop with .NET and C# in a modern engineering environment
• Use Git for source control, including committing, branching, merging, and creating pull requests
• Test code and build strong quality habits, including when using AI assistance
• Learn software engineering skills and develop understanding of the Pharmaceutical TMF space
• Contribute to secure, innovative software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File industry

• Around 1+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Microsoft .NET / C#
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn in a collaborative team
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development tools and how to use them responsibly
• A degree, bootcamp, or ongoing study in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but not essential
