Marketing Lead

• Set and lead the India go-to-market strategy in alignment with global marketing goals
• Lead the transition to the Vestd India brand across messaging, digital assets, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
• Own the website, SEO, content roadmap, conversion, and joined-up paid, organic, email, social, and partner campaigns
• Build a steady pipeline of qualified leads
• Shape product positioning and messaging for Vestd’s equity management platform
• Create sales enablement materials and lead product and feature launch campaigns
• Own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, and marketing reporting
• Report pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI to India and UK leadership
• Build partnerships with ecosystem players, industry bodies, and investors
• Lead PR, media and analyst relations, executive thought leadership, speaking opportunities, roundtables, webinars, and flagship events
• Own the marketing budget and allocate spend effectively
• Lead annual marketing planning and quarterly reviews
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams in India and the UK
• Implement AI tools in content production, campaigns, and reporting
• 12+ years of full-time marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading a marketing function or team
• Clear career progression with increasing scope, budget, or team size
• B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or professional services
• Experience across brand, demand generation, content, paid media, and marketing operations
• Track record of building a marketing engine that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar automation platform, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including budget management and performance reporting
• Experience owning a budget and reporting pipeline and ROI to senior leadership
• Experience building programmes for visibility in AI search and generative discovery platforms
• Regular use of AI tools for content drafting, campaign production, and automated reporting
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear, direct communication and comfort working across UK and India teams and time zones
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, distributed team and travel to occasional events and get-togethers
• Suitable, quiet home-working space with appropriate desk/table and chair and reliable internet connection
• Primarily India-based and eligible to work in India
