Experience Consultant

• Create the online selection journey, taking into account deadlines, project targets, and the candidate experience
• Hold client meetings to align expectations and present proposed selection journeys and results
• Monitor project metrics, manage data, and create reports for analysis
• Monitor and ensure project diversity metrics
• Develop support materials for clients and candidates
• Engage with the enrolled youth community through planned content
• Structure the selection and ranking process, organizing invitations and rejections at each stage
• Plan and develop proposals for online and/or in-person group exercises and panel stages
• Organize and manage online and/or in-person interviews
• Manage approvals, decisions, and feedback

• Experience in Human Resources
• Assertive communication
• Technical degree or bachelor's degree
• Higher education qualification equivalent to a technical or bachelor's degree
• Availability to work full-time
