Senior Sales Manager – Spain, Portugal

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Spain and Portugal
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Initiate compelling sales conversations and communicate product and service value propositions
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships
• Understand customer issues, motivations, and buying processes
• Manage buyer indifference and resistance and overcome objections to close deals
• Use sales systems and tools to optimize sales performance and reporting
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and resolve customer issues
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

• Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the financial technology sector
• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and loyalty
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and motivations
• Proficiency in managing customer issues and providing effective solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of the buying process and key buying influences
• Skilled in initiating compelling sales conversations and expanding service offerings
• Ability to manage buyer indifference and resistance throughout the sales cycle
• Proficient in utilizing sales systems and tools for effective sales management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional Spanish language skills
