Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation

• Lead challenging consulting projects for media companies
• Shape new business models
• Further develop organizations and implement transformations
• Take responsibility for project scope, approach, team management, and quality of deliverables

• Excellent degree in business, economics, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
• At least five years of professional experience in management consulting, a media company, or a role with responsibility for transformation
• Experience independently managing projects
• Responsibility for projects or larger workstreams related to digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, organizational development, or new business models
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Ability to quickly understand and structure complex issues and translate them into clear recommendations
• Strategic thinking and strong execution skills
• Experience leading project teams
• Self-directed, results-oriented approach
• Fluent German at a minimum C1 level
• Professional communication skills in English
