Security Incident Responder

• Engage in critical network and attack-related events for customers
• Own the central alerting system and detect and mitigate attacks
• Apply mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks
• Perform advanced packet analysis to identify attacks and network threats
• Manage and document technical issues, responses, and requests
• Provide customer support to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues
• Communicate with customers about challenges, mitigation analysis, updates, and results

• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Knowledge of how the internet works, including DNS, HTTP, and IP protocol suites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to update internal documentation
• Passion and ability to learn new tools and technologies
• Problem-solving ability
