Senior Consultant, EPM

• Collaborate with Keyrus consultants to design, implement, and optimize Anaplan planning models and solutions
• Perform user requirements analysis and facilitate business process design and business modeling sessions with client subject-matter experts
• Identify gaps, issues, and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements, design documentation, solution design, and system configurations
• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions on time and within budget
• Maintain client focus and drive consensus on project-related decisions
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Create comprehensive documentation of Anaplan models and configurations for client and internal knowledge transfer
• Deliver demonstrations to executives and business users
• Stay current with Anaplan updates, best practices, and business-planning trends
• Communicate with managerial, technical, and user audiences
• Understand and manage priorities, scope, timelines, goals, and milestones

• Background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• 3 years of experience implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models
• Technical knowledge of software implementation activities, including field-to-field data mapping, data conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing (SIT)
• Experience working on project teams using structured methodologies to gather business requirements, document business processes, support data conversions, and design system interfaces
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at managerial, technical, and user levels
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage time effectively
• Adaptability in dynamic environments with evolving project requirements and client needs
• Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or lead workstreams within larger projects
• Nice-to-have: experience with business development activities, including product demonstrations or solution presentations
• Nice-to-have: experience with IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, Board, or OneStream
• Nice-to-have: previous experience supporting Finance, Sales, or Operations functions
• Nice-to-have: advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Nice-to-have: SDLC and Agile methodologies experience
• Nice-to-have: experience with Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning
• Nice-to-have: ETL and data integration tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Nice-to-have: RDBMS knowledge, including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS
• Nice-to-have: master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Nice-to-have: fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
