• Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
• Can spread calls out with no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days
• Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call following a 6-step flow
• Will use only fake names and account or order numbers
• Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
