Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

• Implement and configure SAP Payroll solutions in line with business and client requirements
• Ensure solution compliance with Portuguese labor and tax legislation and requirements
• Analyze HR and payroll processes, proposing improvements and efficient solutions
• Identify and resolve issues, ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on implementation and support projects
• Prepare functional documentation, conduct testing, and support users throughout the project phases
• Stay up to date with technologies, trends, and best practices across the SAP ecosystem

• Strong experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Schemas, Rules, Functions, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience with payroll localization and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, incident analysis, and resolution
• English proficiency for written and verbal communication
• Availability to work 100% remotely
