Dynamics 365 CRM Developer – Customer Engagement

• Develop and customize solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement platform
• Develop plugins and custom workflows using C# (.NET)
• Apply JavaScript / TypeScript to Dynamics forms
• Model data using Dataverse / Common Data Service
• Consume and create REST / OData APIs
• Support data routines with SQL Server queries
• Use version control tools and deployment pipelines with Git / Azure DevOps

• Hands-on experience modeling data using Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS)
• Knowledge of consuming and creating REST / OData APIs
• Knowledge of SQL Server queries
• Experience with version control tools and deployment pipelines (Git / Azure DevOps)
• Basic knowledge of or experience with data architectures or integration tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Power Automate Enterprise) — a plus
• Official Microsoft certifications, such as PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer or MB-200 / PL-200 — a plus
