AWS Infrastructure Analyst – Junior/Mid-Level

• Support, administer, configure, and monitor AWS environments, ensuring infrastructure security, availability, and performance
• Provision and maintain cloud resources
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure incidents
• Assist with the configuration and management of servers, networks, and storage
• Monitor the availability and performance of environments
• Support the implementation of security, backup, and recovery best practices
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes to environments

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing
• Hands-on experience with AWS and services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Familiarity with networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and incident resolution
• Basic knowledge of security in cloud environments
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification
• Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Knowledge of automation and scripting
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Experience with observability tools
