IT Administrator – Network, Virtualization, IT Security

• Design, implement and manage LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches and access points
• Maintain and monitor virtual environments such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Implement and manage firewalls, anti-virus solutions and intrusion detection systems
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability testing and risk analysis
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT colleagues on IT projects
• Provide technical support and training to end users on network, virtualization and security topics

• Proven experience in IT administration with a focus on network management, virtualization and IT security
• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V or similar
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS and anti-virus software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay effective under pressure
• Confident communication in English and German
• Ability to work effectively in a team
