Regional Stores Manager – French Speaker

• Own the P&L of stores within scope and conduct profitability analysis to continuously improve performance
• Monitor and optimize retail performance through KPIs and performance review cycles
• Analyze trends and use data to guide discussions, priorities, and decision-making
• Lead regional harmonization of retail operations best practices
• Propose commercial initiatives to enhance sales
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases
• Coordinate with outsourcing agencies and Recruitment to ensure staffing needs are met
• Recruit, coach, evaluate, and develop high-performing regional teams
• Ensure consistent product and operational training across stores
• Identify training needs and coordinate workshops and development plans with the central team
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
• Work closely with central functions to improve consistency, efficiency, and the store network

• Experience in multi-store retail operations or regional retail roles, ideally as an Area or Regional Manager
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach and comfort in a scaling environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide business decisions
• Ability to manage performance through direct and indirect influence across teams
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and marketing
• Open to travel frequently to support stores and execution across your region
• Fluent in French and English
