Mid-Level Systems Analyst

• Administer infrastructure environments, including backups, restores, and Disaster Recovery, ensuring service recovery and continuity
• Monitor IT environments and analyze and resolve incidents, failures, and events that impact the business
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, SSO, authentication, and identity federation
• Execute patches and upgrades, and deploy and maintain operating systems, servers, and infrastructure platforms
• Manage infrastructure assets and the CMDB, supporting changes and IT Asset Management practices
• Administer and improve Windows Server, Linux, Azure, virtualization, and corporate network environments
• Support and evolve the technology infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and continuity of Arcadis's global services

• Experience administering infrastructure with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and DNS
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Management, virtualization, and Cisco networking
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Storage
• Knowledge of Backup, Restore, Disaster Recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and event management
• Experience with Identity & Access Management, SSO, and identity federation
• Knowledge of CMDB, IT Asset Management, and ITIL
• Advanced or fluent English, as this is a global role
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation 4
