Mid-Level Software Engineer – Full Stack, Cloud

• Ensure product quality by supporting team development and sharing best practices and technical knowledge
• Participate in defining application architecture
• Develop, test, and maintain solution components
• Contribute to web interfaces and dashboards
• Build front-end applications and integrate REST APIs, backend services, data-processing functions, and event-driven workflows
• Develop integrations with various data sources
• Implement logging, metrics, distributed tracing, error handling, and health checks
• Implement automated unit, integration, API, and regression tests
• Support CI/CD pipelines, container deployments, configuration management, and troubleshooting in cloud environments
• Assist with integrating AI services through governed APIs and standardized interface contracts
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Investigate defects and operational issues using logs, metrics, traces, and platform evidence
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and impediments, communicating them to leadership and the delivery team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Approximately five or more years of proven experience in software development
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication
• Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience building front-end applications with React and TypeScript
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Google Kubernetes Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, or Cloud SQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with object-oriented and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and data pipelines
• Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and basic data science
• Familiarity with platform observability, including logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting systems
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and equivalent tools
• Familiarity with API specifications and tools such as OpenAPI or Swagger
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure coding practices
• Knowledge of integrating AI or machine learning services via APIs
• Knowledge of prompt management, AI response validation, confidence scoring, or human feedback capture
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies
