Full Stack Engineer – Go, React

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Golang
• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React and modern frontend development practices
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting
• Identify and resolve technical issues and optimize application performance
• Contribute to continuous improvements across the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Use approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity and code quality

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React
• 3+ years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka
• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-powered solutions
• Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions
