Senior Product Data Analyst, Mandarin, English

• Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests
• Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues
• Provide data-driven insights for Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and related product initiatives
• Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations for data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration
• Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across China and the US

• Mandarin and English language skills
• Experience with product data analysis, telemetry, and user signals
• Ability to query, extract, and analyze data
• Ability to investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and product metrics
• Ability to develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across China and the US
