Clinical Territory Associate

• Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales functions
• Build expertise in da Vinci® Surgery across multiple surgical specialties through a structured development journey
• Support growth of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory
• Provide case support and guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams using the da Vinci® Surgical System
• Lead technical product demonstrations and in-service training for operating room staff and surgeons
• Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, in-service training, OR selling activities, and customer support training
• Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to build system awareness and procedure adoption
• Manage sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned ISU online modules using required company software
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training, providing guidance and support on proper handling of Intuitive medical devices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Ambition and strong work ethic
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 70%
• Sales degree is a plus
• After appropriate training, act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as legally required
