Mid-Level Solutions Architect

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Understand clients’ goals and requirements and provide technical recommendations and tailored solutions.
• Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and best practices.
• Build strong client relationships and understand their businesses and technical challenges.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Translate technical requirements into language that clients can easily understand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support teams.
• Provide feedback on clients’ needs and concerns.
• Identify technical or operational risks and establish follow-up plans.
• Determine when a request requires escalation and coordinate with the responsible teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes.
• Assign owners, define next steps and deadlines, and track action plans through to completion.

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales professional, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and track multiple requests simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management and action-plan tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
