Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager – LATAM Expansion

• Lead partner acquisition initiatives with the Partnerships Director and cross-functional teams
• Conduct territory mapping and build segmented prospect lists from mid-market to larger targets
• Launch targeted outreach campaigns
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation, closing, and partnership onboarding
• Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue OKRs
• Understand, articulate, negotiate, and own partnership integrations
• Champion Airalo within partner ecosystems through ROI narratives, product positioning, and co-marketing initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
• Coordinate partner activation, product integration, and performance tracking with internal stakeholders
• Use CRM tools and analytics to forecast pipeline health and monitor competitor activity
• Inform regional pricing and packaging strategies

• Already reside in Mexico and be fully eligible to work in Mexico
• 7+ years of enterprise or channel sales success
• Preferably experience within travel, telecom, Fortune 500, or digital marketplaces
• Proven experience closing complex B2B and B2B2C deals with C-suite executives and multi-stakeholder teams in large organizations
• Mastery of consultative and solution-selling frameworks, such as SPIN, Challenger, or value-based selling
• Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate eSIM innovation into tangible business impact
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Portuguese is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel across the Americas for partner meetings and industry conferences
