Senior Java Engineer

• Design and develop back-end solutions using Java, JPA, and SQL (Oracle)
• Develop and configure business processes and mediation flows in BAW
• Automate build and deployment processes and write scripts using Maven, Ant, Jython, Python, Service Deploy, and WS Admin
• Manage configuration and support network and database integration
• Take part in PoC and discovery tasks
• Clarify technical requirements with the team and the client
• Work on a long-term project for an existing client
• Participate in DevOps activities
• Build and improve enterprise solutions on WebSphere and Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

• Strong commercial experience with Java at a senior level
• Hands-on experience with JPA
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP web services
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Nice-to-have: BAW / Mediation Flow development and configuration
• Nice-to-have: WebSphere automation scripting
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle DB
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Maven and Gradle
• Nice-to-have: WebSphere installation and configuration experience (Jython)
• Nice-to-have: AWS experience
