Business Consultant

• Proactively engage with customers in a consultative manner, presenting solutions tailored to their purchasing needs
• Serve as the link between customers and services such as mobile plans, internet, and credit cards
• Answer questions and explain product benefits
• Follow the sales process through to closing
• Handle calls automatically routed by the system after the customer answers

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Completed high school education
• Reside in the Greater São Paulo area (ABC Paulista, North Zone, East Zone, South Zone, West Zone, Downtown, Alto Tietê, or nearby areas)
• Own a computer or laptop for remote work
• No prior experience required
• Part-time position, afternoon shifts
