Supplier Outreach Associate

• Conduct daily outreach to suppliers, approximately 150 calls per day, to verify product availability, pricing, and other relevant details
• Ensure supplier information is accurate and up-to-date in internal systems
• Collect and confirm details required to prepare accurate quotes/orders for customers
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate with estimation and procurement teams to relay supplier information and support operations
• Accurately record call notes, supplier responses, and other pertinent information in internal systems

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or a related field (internships included)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Meticulous attention to detail when verifying information and ensuring data accuracy
• Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success
