Project Management Officer – PMO

• Establish and continuously improve standardized methods, standards, and governance structures
• Support project setup, including role and escalation models as well as templates
• Plan, monitor, and consolidate project controlling for timelines, resources, costs, and KPIs
• Prepare, maintain, and consolidate project, program, and portfolio reports
• Prepare decision-relevant information for management and stakeholders
• Maintain risks, action items, dependencies, and forecasts
• Ensure consistent documentation and quality standards across all projects
• Support kick-offs, planning sessions, reviews, steering committees, and project closures

• Strong understanding of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management, as well as project governance
• Experience in PMO environments, project controlling, reporting, or cross-program coordination
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS365, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to present complex project information in a structured, clear, and audience-appropriate manner
• Excellent organizational and structuring skills, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with project leads, management, and stakeholders
• Excellent German and English language skills
