FBA Analyst

• Own the day-to-day health of Spreetail's Fulfillment by Amazon program
• Build, send, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans
• Track shipments through check-in and resolve receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, carrier, and labeling issues
• Onboard new products onto FBA and ensure listings, dimensions, prep requirements, and eligibility are accurate
• Support Merchant VINE requests, including enrollment, unit allocation, and internal stakeholder coordination
• Monitor FBA pricing against competitive, margin, and Buy Box signals and make timely adjustments
• Build and maintain reporting on FBA program performance, including sales, margin, in-stock percentage, sell-through, inventory aging, and storage
• Design and roll out repeatable processes and business workflows using tools such as Process Street
• Document and continuously improve SOPs
• Serve as the primary SME for FBA policy, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting
• Stay current on Amazon FBA program changes and communicate their impact
• Partner across Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is a strong plus
• Experience with business workflow and process management tools such as Process Street
• Experience with Excel and building SQL queries
• Power BI and Tableau are nice-to-haves
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort serving as a point of expertise for stakeholders
• Desktop/laptop with 4th-generation or higher processor, at least Intel i3 or equivalent
• At least 4GB RAM
• Windows 10 or above or Mac OSX
• Strong and stable wired internet connection with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection
• HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
