Commercial Consultant, Mortgage Lending

• Recruit new partners and reactivate former partners
• Focus on prospecting and building a partner portfolio
• Serve partners and/or end customers
• Negotiate partnerships and monitor contract closing with the Administrative team
• Track processes through issuance to achieve targets established by Management
• Monitor partner accreditation through Credintegrados
• Collect documentation and conduct credit simulations
• Monitor credit approval and provide feedback to the partner/customer
• Register proposals in Credintegrados
• Submit proposals for review by banks
• Assemble Phase 2 files (legal analysis) for submission to the banks’ operational processing teams
• Contact partners/customers regarding outstanding documentation
• Periodically monitor the partner portfolio and its productivity
• Collaborate with the Administrative, Finance, and Operations teams
• Strive for service excellence and pursue continuous learning
• Manage and control billing, payment, and commission-transfer processes

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of the process workflow: Requirements, Simulation, Approval, Engineering, Legal Analysis, Contract Issuance, Registration, and Release of Funds
• ANEPS or CA300, LGPD, and PLDFT certifications
• Professional experience and a LinkedIn profile are required as part of the application process
