Senior Wealth Manager

• Identify and acquire new clients and build a Wealth Management client portfolio in the region, serving clients with more than EUR 2.5 million in assets held with the bank
• Develop, manage, and tailor the overall business relationship with clients
• Prepare commercial proposals for overall portfolio allocation to increase client satisfaction
• Explain the performance and evolution of portfolios under management
• Represent and promote Belfius Wealth Management and its value proposition internally and externally
• Promote Belfius Wealth Management’s expertise and relationship management approach among VIP clients in order to increase the bank’s market share
• Collaborate with Belfius experts, including Corporate Banking, Trading Room, Asset Management, lending specialists, and legal and tax advisors
• Maintain close cooperation with the Corporate Banking teams and branches

• University degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated commercial drive and ability to acquire new clients
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Private Banking, including 3 years in Wealth Management or an equivalent field
• Keep up to date with developments in the area of expertise
• Comfortable using digital tools
• A natural networker, both internally and externally
• Able to persuade clients through clear communication
• Febelfin Private Banker certifications (Estate Planning and Investment) already obtained, or willingness to obtain them
