• Design and implement Cisco technologies across large-scale, complex network environments
• Analyze, monitor, and optimize network performance
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and streamline manual processes
• Develop and influence software tools and scripts for network design, infrastructure management, and technology platforms
• Act as a technical partner to customers
• Proactively solve network incidents and prevent recurrence
• Independently troubleshoot complex problems across mixed and unique network environments
• Collaborate with global engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance and support field engineers in problem resolution

• 1-2+ years of experience in network engineering or a related technical discipline
• Exposure to Cisco technologies
• Foundational knowledge of network design, infrastructure, and technology platforms
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues in complex environments
• Experience or strong interest in network automation
• Scripting or tooling experience to automate manual processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work across diverse, global teams
• Willingness to support knowledge sharing and contribute to internal and external technical training activities
