Senior Architect, InsuranceSuite Practice

• Lead end-to-end solution and technical architecture for complex Guidewire InsuranceSuite programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable implementation designs covering configuration, integration, data, and cloud operations
• Own critical design decisions involving data models, integration patterns, performance, resiliency, and extensibility
• Guide and review technical designs, configuration approaches, and integration specifications
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and data layers
• Perform design and code reviews and mentor architects and consultants
• Define reusable patterns, accelerators, and implementation best practices for regional InsuranceSuite implementations
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to provide field feedback and align solutions with Guidewire Cloud capabilities
• Manage technical risks and non-functional requirements throughout delivery
• Contribute to estimation, scoping, and planning for proposals and delivery engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer and partner technical leaders
• Facilitate architecture workshops and document decisions and rationale
• Lead architecture for strategic LATAM programs, de-risking design decisions and accelerating time-to-value

• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and data-driven insights to improve design, development, and troubleshooting
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or architecture
• Experience with several large-scale transformation or core system projects
• 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation experience, including configuration and integration
• Strong expertise in Gosu, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP integrations, messaging, and batch processing
• Experience designing end-to-end architectures covering configuration, integrations, data migration considerations, and non-functional requirements
• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Guidewire Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance concepts and InsuranceSuite mapping
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery environments on distributed teams
• Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken
• Based in Brazil with ability to work remotely and align to LATAM customer time zones
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills in addition to English
