Senior Software Project Manager

• Manage software development projects from planning through release
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear tasks, owners, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Track project progress, identify delays, and ensure timely follow-up
• Identify, manage, and resolve project blockers and dependencies
• Drive release planning and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Clarify project requirements and coordinate changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate action
• Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams
• Follow up on development and QA activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Provide regular project status updates and highlight potential delivery risks

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Project Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role
• Proven experience managing software development projects from planning through release
• Strong experience in software project delivery and project planning
• Hands-on experience coordinating developers and QA teams
• Experience maintaining delivery plans with clear tasks, owners, deadlines, and milestones
• Strong ability to track project progress, delays, dependencies, and blockers
• Experience managing software releases and release timelines
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage changes
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive teams toward agreed deadlines
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
• Previous software development or data engineering experience is a plus
• Experience managing data, analytics, or AI projects is a plus
• Experience working as a Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager is preferred
