Junior Project Manager – eCommerce

• Complete company onboarding in processes and systems
• Complete the Starter Training Course
• Convert high-level user stories into smaller tasks aligned with platform capabilities
• Schedule and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and demos
• Maintain a friendly team ambiance and coordinate team events
• Notify senior project or delivery managers about blockers and issues
• Maintain project roadmaps and timelines
• Monitor project scope and escalate scope-creep risks
• Provide feedback on team competence, communication, and timely delivery
• Assess project scope against available resources and request staffing changes
• Communicate with customers and third-party teams
• Collaborate with internal competency centers and apply best practices
• Participate in certification processes
• Deepen knowledge of relevant libraries, frameworks, and platforms
• Integrate internal and external AI tools and copilots into project management
