Senior Business Strategy Analyst

• Support the development and expansion of sales through the Omni channel by delivering training and developing pricing strategies and commercial offers
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within the digital customer base by increasing the adoption of payment solutions and driving the uptake of credit and banking products
• Track customer portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, preventing declines in transaction volume, and monitoring commercial channel results
• Develop and execute commercial growth plans, sales enablement initiatives, and seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday
• Analyze performance metrics, including payment volume, revenue, and discount rate, in partnership with the FP&A and Pricing teams
• Partner with the CRM team to develop customer journeys and commercial initiatives tailored to different customer profiles

• Experience analyzing data and business metrics, such as payment volume, revenue, and discount rates
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience in commercial, channel development, or channel management roles
• Knowledge of the digital payments, acquiring, or e-commerce markets (a plus)
• Experience with pricing or credit products (a plus)
