Operations Associate – ENG

• Manage daily order queues in the DOSS ERP system
• Fix order synchronization exceptions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to prevent stockouts
• Ensure fulfilled orders are invoiced accurately and on time
• Maintain aging reports and conduct payment follow-ups
• Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
• Respond to routine order and shipment inquiries
• Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
• Document operational SOPs
• Identify workflow bottlenecks for future automation
• Reconcile inbound Amazon and Walmart marketplace shipments
• File marketplace claims
• Complete new wholesale account paperwork
• Track product lot and expiry dates
• Assist with month-end transaction coding

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations, order management, or administrative support
• CPG, ecommerce, or food & beverage background highly preferred
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems such as DOSS, NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Experience navigating Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace account upkeep and claim filings
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to system output, data discrepancies, and root-cause analysis
• Availability to work full-time during US Pacific Time, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM PT
• Availability to start within 2 weeks from job offer
• Comfortable using time-trackers such as Time Doctor
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
• Backup equipment/power supply for power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and Outlook
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
