Director, FP&A

• Own the corporate financial model, including the full three-statement build (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and scenario planning architecture
• Lead end-to-end planning cycles, including the annual operating plan, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range plan, through executive review and Board approval
• Own the monthly business review, including budget-versus-actual analysis, variance drivers, and forward-looking implications
• Build capital allocation and investment frameworks for growth initiatives, experiments, and financial tradeoffs
• Build unit economics, cohort, and scenario analyses to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Partner with GTM, Data, and RevOps on revenue and pipeline forecasting and identify risks and opportunities to company targets
• Prepare investor-ready narratives connecting financial performance, operating drivers, and forward-looking strategy
• Manage one Finance Business Partner

• 8+ years of experience across corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, including at least 5 years in corporate/strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology or SaaS company
• 2+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with modern FP&A tools
• Exceptional storytelling ability, distilling complex analyses into strategic insights for executive and board audiences
• Ability to influence across all levels without direct authority
• Collaborative, proactive, curious, and growth mindset with a passion for problem solving and driving impact
• Systems thinker who connects financial drivers to business strategy
