Junior UX Designer

• Create UX/UI designs using Figma
• Apply UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Simplify complex workflows and technical concepts into visual experiences
• Design professional customer presentations
• Collaborate with technical and business teams
• Work across UX and presentation design in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
• Design enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS, or B2B products
• Apply design systems and component-based application development concepts
• Explore AI/GenAI-driven applications, conversational UX, and AI-assisted design tools

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma - mandatory
• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling
• Comfortable designing professional customer presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
• Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX
• Experience using AI-assisted design or image-generation tools
• Understanding of design systems and component-based application development
• Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React or Angular would be an advantage
• Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio can be considered equally important
