CRO Manager – Mid-Senior

• Own and manage the experimentation lifecycle from idea intake and prioritization through launch, analysis, and documentation
• Coordinate analysts, developers, designers, researchers, copywriters, and QA
• Manage experimentation initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user behavior data
• Develop and execute data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests for mobile user journeys, including onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and checkout flows
• Track mobile funnels, paywalls, and acquisition channels to identify actionable insights
• Apply iterative optimization based on established patterns and changing business needs
• Analyze experiment data and explain the reasons behind results
• Communicate experiment results, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain a documented experimentation knowledge base

• 3+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing/experimentation, ideally with mobile apps (iOS/Android) or mobile web
• Strong project management skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence is a plus
• Adaptability and ownership in a fast-paced, iterative optimization process
• Knowledge of statistics related to A/B testing, including sample sizes, statistical significance, and marketing funnels
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with app development processes and release cycles
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, Figma, Jira, and Looker
