Junior Consultant – Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, Civil Engineer

• Work as part of our internal team supporting the planning of energy-efficient hotel renovations.
• Independently create building models and technical drawings as the basis for energy assessments.
• Prepare subsidy applications, review submitted documentation, and ensure timely submission.
• Support project managers within the internal team in the structured implementation of renovation projects.
• Carefully and transparently document all project steps and results for further internal processing.

• Required: Training or degree as an architectural draftsperson, civil engineering technician, architect, or civil engineer
• Confident use of technical drawing or CAD software
• Experience creating technical documentation and reports
• Structured, conscientious, and self-directed approach to work in a technical environment
