Full Stack Software Developer

• Build and maintain services and web applications using Java, Maven, and Node.js for product demos
• Contribute to maintenance and component development for the client’s web platform
• Address technical debt, dependency updates, bug fixes, and supporting tasks for active epics
• Use Buildkite and CI/CD practices to support reliable builds and delivery
• Collaborate directly with the client’s engineering team
• Communicate progress and blockers
• Manage assigned work independently
• Contribute to infrastructure changes, web applications, and AI workflow improvements as project priorities require

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years developing software using Java, Maven, and Node.js
• Full-stack software development experience across frontend and backend technologies
• Experience building production-grade applications
• Strong critical thinking when evaluating and applying AI technologies
• Proven experience using Generative AI to improve software delivery while maintaining engineering quality
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Buildkite
• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage work with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
