Online English Teacher

• Teach English online to students in their impressionable years
• Maintain long-term relationships with students over multiple years
• Teach 50-minute lessons to 1–5 students
• Teach during evening Beijing time (5 pm–11 pm BJT)
• Use provided lesson plans
• Build and maintain a stable weekly teaching schedule

• Teaching experience is mandatory
• Mandatory TEFL certification to teach online
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference given to degrees in Language and Education
• Any related teaching certificate
• TESOL / TESL / TEFL / IELTS certification preferred
• Experience teaching ESOL / English to young learners preferred
• At least 1 year of online teaching experience
• Availability for part-time evening teaching (5 pm–11 pm Beijing time)
• Reliable computer (desktop or laptop)
• Internet access; wired cable connection preferred
• Commitment to teaching for at least one complete semester (6 months)
• Punctual and responsible work ethic
• Positive attitude
