Senior Headhunter – Startups

• Source candidates via LinkedIn and conduct initial outreach
• Promote roles to candidates and support them throughout the entire process
• Conduct and evaluate interviews, and match candidates to client requirements
• Prepare job offers and contracts together with clients
• Refer suitable candidates for other roles to the Sales team
• Manage headhunting processes operationally and strategically, and bring them to successful completion
• Generate revenue from existing mandates
• Communicate directly with clients, ensure quality standards, and provide reports
• Negotiate offers and contracts in close collaboration with clients
• Continuously develop the internal candidate ATS and candidate database
• Work with the Founder and Head of Headhunting to build the agency
• No acquisition of new mandates; new-client business is handled by the Marketing team and the Founder

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a similar position
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
• Enjoyment of working with people, empathy, and a high degree of initiative
• Experience in sales and candidate placement
• Understanding of the difference between recruiting and headhunting
• Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and revenue-driven approach
• Appreciative, honest, and respectful manner when dealing with others
