Senior Consultant, Manhattan Active WM

• Configure Manhattan Active WM independently from approved functional designs and template requirements
• Build and maintain reusable configuration components across customers, sites, and environments
• Flag template conflicts, performance risks, and deviations to the Functional Architect
• Test, package, and deploy configuration changes through a controlled release process
• Support regional implementation teams through SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
• Configure inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse execution processes
• Configure MHE integration touchpoints for WES/WCS, ASRS, AMR, GTP, and related systems
• Configure and maintain system parameters, business rules, workflows, and operational settings
• Build reports, documents, labels, dashboards, and implementation scripts to program standards
• Manage configuration changes through Configuration Director and approved tools
• Maintain configuration consistency with approved designs and template standards
• Avoid duplication and customer-specific dependencies; escalate design ambiguities
• Maintain configuration documentation, dependencies, and change history
• Recommend template simplifications and enhancements from recurring implementation needs
• Provide feasibility and impact input on functional change requests
• Evaluate new Manhattan Active capabilities that reduce the need for extensions
• Perform unit and functional testing and support automated regression testing
• Support configuration packaging, versioning, and deployment across environments
• Troubleshoot configuration issues during SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
• Transfer knowledge to client super users, regional configurators, and support teams
• Work hours aligned to US Central or Eastern time
• Travel within Latin America and to the US for go-lives when required
• Report to the SVP, Enterprise Systems

• 3+ years configuring and implementing WMS
• 2+ years of recent, hands-on Manhattan Active WM configuration
• Practical experience with Manhattan Active Configuration Director
• Experience configuring parameters, business rules, and workflows, with understanding of dependencies
• Experience documenting, testing, and deploying configuration changes
• Experience resolving configuration defects
• Strong command of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping
• Knowledge of functional and integration orchestration across WMS, WES, ASRS, AMR, GTP, WCS, and Parcel Management systems
• Experience configuring reusable functionality within a functional template from written functional specifications
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Native or fluent Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil)
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico
• Mexico-based contractors must be registered with the SAT (RFC) and able to issue CFDI electronic invoices
• Brazil-based contractors must operate through their own registered company (CNPJ) and be able to issue service invoices (nota fiscal)

• Fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable, at an agreed rate, invoiced monthly to Fulfillment IQ
